Create Your Own Infused Oils

Place 1 cup of dried herbs in a crockpot and cover them with 2 cups of extra virgin olive oil. Set the pot on low, cover, and leave for 12 hours, stirring regularly. Turnthe pot off and leave for 12 hours without any heat. Strain the herbs and bottle the oil in a large canning jar. Pour a into a smaller jar for handy use and place in a cool dark cabinet. Keep larger bottle in a refrigerator.
